"Appears to be on school property..."
Hi folks. New. Still trying to figure this out.
Someone has submitted a mural painted on a shipping container that is being used to store emergency supplies. In the event of a disaster, the school is a centre where up to 200 people can assemble for assistance, and that's what the supplies are for. However, the container is not actually on school property. It has been very carefully positioned just over the property line so that it is on city property. (I checked using the municipal mapping system. The dotted lines represent the shipping container, based on the sattelite image from another layer).
Technically, it's not on school property, so technically this should be an acceptable waypoint, right?
I have misgivings because it appears to be contrary to the purpose of the guidelines about not approving waypoints that "appear to be on school property". Am I over thinking this?

I think if it's not on school property it schould be accepted
It could go either way, it should not be rejected because of location, but reviewers may need some convincing that it is not on school property since many will not be from your immediate vicinity.
If it is not on school grounds, it should not be rejected for such. If it encourages/requires accessing school grounds, many people will reject it despite having no guidance telling us to.
That is my inclination, but I wanted to find out what the community here thought. Unfortunately, while I was researching the exact location of the shipping container, my reveiwing time expired, so I wasn't able to actually rate the nomination.
I didn't submit this nomination; someone else did, and I was reviewing it. I doubt anyone else would have gone into that detail to see if it was actually on the property or not. I go off on tangents fairly easily.
