    • Does the tea shop have historical or cultural significance? If so, can you show any documentation?
    • Is it a popular local spot that you would take a friend visiting your community for the first time? Does your discription provide supporting details instead of outright telling it's popular?
    • Is it a popular spot where locals gather? What evidence to you have to support its popularity?
    • Is it a tourist spot that showcase local flavor and culture and that make your city/neighborhood unique? I would presume that tea shops are rather prolific in Japan.
