I admit that the portal is not on the right location and I supported the edit in 2017 and receive the feedback in 2019. You can see the original location from the XM on the ground and the distance between two locations.
The real location should be: 31.229646764658845, 121.41601815819739
Please restore the portal and bring it to the right location.

Strongly disagree. Portal Reinstatement Appeal is for portals that are on the right location and were removed by error.
However regarding your case, you lied to Niantic first during submission and it's not a valid portal.
That's why Niantic Support decided to remove it with the help of following two Removel Appeals..
And according to Ingress T&Cs, abusing Wayfarer should result in your account's being restricted.
I would suppose that you should go to resubmit a new portal submission and go through OPR process starting from 0.
Unfair if someone simply says "I admit that the portal is not on the right location" and gets their couch portals back easily.

Even the owner of this portal, wojiaoxiaoming, admitted that it's not a valid portal. By continuously trolling and providing fake materials and false statements you are violating the T&Cs of this forum.
You can see the distance between the real location and the previous location from the scanner clearly. I don't who is the one uploading some misleading photos and omit the portal's existence. In your channel you defend for your teammates. But when it comes to Enlightenment portals, portals become invalid. Quiet funny, aren't you?
Funny of you by saying that I "uploaded misleading photos and omit the portal's existence", on the basis that you sent wrong information as a deceit to Niantic OPR system.
By saying so, you are also looking down upon all the players here who submit Removal Appeal for invalid portals to make Wayfarer better, and Niantic because you seem to think reviewer from Niantic in this forum could be misled easily.
Concentrate on your topic, not assuming the behavior or intention of others, please.

Next time, please avoid obfuscating the actual location of the portal to gain advantage.

It's more than 100 meters in distance between 31.229276,121.415034 (the portal I requested for removal and requested for recover here in this post) and 31.229668,121.416027 (the brand new portal structure of which might exists, pending onsite verification)
You are making false statement to this forum by saying that you see the structure at 31.229276,121.415034. You should be banned.
