Funny enough, I had previous brought up Che Guevara as a mass murderer who advocated the violent overthrow of governments and that the Cuban-American community still views as a symbol of hate. Given Niantic's recent position on removing Wayspots of Confederate statues and monuments because they "do not provide an inclusive environment for our community and furthermore represent symbols of oppression and glorify slavery", do you really think a mural of a mass murderer and similarly represents hate and oppression is appropriate?
Do you feel the same about George Washington? The attacks he ordered against the Iroquois and other Native American allies of the British were beyond brutal.
Thank you for submitting Che Guevara on July 17, 2020. After review from the Niantic gaming community, we regret to inform you that this proposal is invalid.
The verdict of the community analysis is final. However, if you think your guess should be valid, we invite you to read the article "What constitutes a good PokéStop?" »And don't hesitate to correct the title, description, location and / or photo of the PokéStop when submitting a new proposal. Thanks for all your efforts, coach! Thank you for submitting Che Guevara on July 17, 2020. After review from the Niantic gaming community, we regret to inform you that this proposal is invalid.
I see an obvious problem with having the discretion to reject a nomination on the basis of one’s opinion of the history behind it. If we are going to scrutinize statues and war monuments, can we also scrutinize individuals on memorial benches who have domestic violence or **** **** records? How about removing municipal buildings in “Sunset towns”?

It looks to be on the wall of a private family residence which would be ineligible, but it's difficult to tell from the photos.

Low quality photo, possibly private residential property. What does the rejection say?
At a minimum the wires are blocking it. I do agree with some of the other comments about how it appears to be a residential housing.

Depende de quiénes revisen...
The exterior walls of a building are definitely part of the property. (At least as far as Wayfarer is concerned.)
