6 Pokestops with incorrectly location

Hello,
I am from Germany (Nordhausen 99734) and I hope you can read everything well.
6 Pokestops have been placed incorrectly in my area. Here someone tries to set Pokestops wrong in order to have an advantage. I think that should be punished! I have put a lot of effort into creating pictures that show the positions and pictures where they have to go. I have all labeled the pictures, I hope it will be easier for you! To do this, I looked for all the coordinates of the wrong Pokestops and the right coordinates. I hope you take care of it and move or delete the Pokestops if possible.

Thanks for submitting this abuse report, for future reference the best place to submit these reports are via the abuse report form.
I escalated this issue to the abuse team who reviewed the situation and updated the location of the Wayspots in question. They have also issued punishments for the Wayfinders responsible for this abuse.
These don't even appear to be eligible, they simply say "Tree 39" or some other number and then have a name. Unless they have some pretty amazing supporting statements explaining why that person is significant they should never have been accepted at all.

The first Pokestop has already been moved to "Gedenkstein 41".
For this purpose, a new Pokestop "Gedenkstein 13" has appeared. I guess a lot more were put down that just could not all appear because there was already one in the cell.
So please also make sure that the new ones appearing in the affected area are moved or deleted. I think a solution would be best. Because at the right place there would be too many pokestops!
Check to see if it's resolved in Ingress. We had a cluster of improperly placed Wayspots, one of which was this. Some were removed, some were re-located. They are all gone from that place in Ingress, but the ones that were relocated are still in Pokemon Go today.

Yes it is right in Ingress now.
Besides the newly emerged "Gedenkstein 13" it also belongs to the others.
But why doesn't it update pokemon? Doesn't it actually do that every day?

This was brought up in the big bug thread about moving locations: Portals have been moving, but Stops have not. I've seen this locally, and others have reported it in various other communities.
For the sake of being clear, it usually happens when a POI is being moved and a PokéStop already exists within that S2L17 cell - the Stop stays behind and doesn't sync. What should we do about these? Is it intended? Is the team aware, and will there be a fix?
