Drawing/vandalism in wall by the player

I have noticed a increase in submissions of wayspots that are drawing in wall/electric pole/etc. of Pokemon/Ingress themed stuff. Most of them are terrible. Some resemble a crayon doodle by a three year old. Other are just a piece of printed paper glued to the wall. But I do personally consider most of them vandalism in private/public property. Vandalism in name of the game! No joke. I am sure that the people submitting the wayspot created the "art piece". How are you dealing with that? I am sure this will create a bad reputation for the game.

1* for sure, and you can use the abuse form (maybe the Photo: Other Issues category?) to report the act of vandalism. It's hard to accuse a player of vandalism just because he nominated one bad graffiti -there's always the possibility they just stumbled upon it- but with enough reports it should be possible to see a pattern eerge. Now Niantic is notably pretty bad at punishing players for trying to abuse the system so don't keep your hopes up, but at the very least they wouldn't be able to pretend to not have gotten the info.
At least you get a few easy reviews in your feed.
