Additional information: Portal/POI is being inside of Hospital, while nearby is place where Ambulances are getting in. People needs to go inside of building, or be nearby, but with this situation, people are blocking here an emergency line.

Appeal Denied- Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
