Would this be an issue with private property

So the deal here is you can not go where the building is but you can walk next to it
I nominated a similar situation i upgraded the building and one of the reasons was that it was private residantial property
Am i correct that the prp rule is only with if it is a house or if single family live next to it etc or are there other rules too
Because i don't get why an empty building would be rejected if it is next to a footpath because of that reason

If the building is indeed a valid nomination, I would probably still reject for lack of pedestrian access since you are unable to actually physically reach the building you're nominating.
Yes, the prp rule is about single family residences. It's possible the fence made it appear like it was a residence, though?
@garfieldfreakje-PGO , this "So the deal here is you can not go where the building is but you can walk next to it" instantly makes it a 1* reject, walking near something is not sufficent.
It shouldn't have been marked as PRP, but it is still not a valid submission
Technicly it is possible but the owner of the area would probably not like it and the building is against the wall so if i want i can touch it
For example a mural high on a wall what about that then it is not like you can touch that
I didn't nominated it so far but i did nominate this it is kind of the same situation except that the fence is gone and it got rejevted because of PRP it also got rejected because of general buisness which is kind of rediculous since it is part of an old tramstation
