Additional information: Chiro and KLJ are the equivalent of Scouts. As mentioned in the AMA's of December 2017 and November 2019, these should be treated as K12 schools if they are the Scouts official, main building (no shared use).
Their website https://chirojongensweerde.be/groepen/ clearly indicates the age groups are in the K12 category

Appeal Denied- Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
@NianticKN-ING Does this mean all K-12 Schools are now eligible as well? It's been confirmed that scouts halls fall under that category.
According to their website, they also organize "Beer parties" and music festivals on their premises, which means that it's not used full.time by the K12 age group. Unfortunately their calendar is empty (due to Covid, no doubt), so it's really hard to tell how often such events are held. If they're a few times a year and otherwise it's a strictly child-oriented establishment, I'd agree that it should be removed. If it's once every few weeks, though, I would say it's eligible.
Those events are basically like scouts selling cookies to gather funds. At the core, they really are just scouts. (We can drink beer starting age 16 in Belgium by the way.)
