Is this historical bakery acceptable?

I live in a small town in Italy. This is the first bakery, with its own bread production, which was born in the city. Here the sign in front of the bakery. Is it a good application?

It could potentially pass, but you'd need to really sell its history and cultural significance in the supporting information, otherwise there's a strong possibility it will get rejected as a generic business.
Looks like a hard sell. Need good supporting information.
For sure
As I said I live in a small town and here many historical activities are not recognized. There is a site where the Lombardy region publishes historical activities, but the request to enter must be made by the owner of the activity. This site has recently existed and hardly anyone knows about it. (Even with this recognition the proposal is almost certainly rejected). The municipality is the first to pay almost no attention to the history of the city. There is no tourist/info office in the city. History is guarded by the citizens.
Apart from saying that the bakery has been visible on google since 2008, but it has been there since 1931, that the bread is homemade, I don't know what to say.
There are no guides for bakeries.
The owner doesn't even have a website.
