This Wayspot appears to have 2 routes to access. However, neither of them are appropriate.

In Image 1, you can see a sidewalk leading to the Wayspot. To get there, you must walk directly in front of the apartment circled. Once you arrive, you have direct access to the apartment's unfenced back yard. There is little separation between the Wayspot area and the private yard. I did not take a photo to be respectful, since visiting this spot is intrusive.

In Image 2, you can see a walking path along the canal. In game, the canal path looks like a way to get to the Wayspot. However, you cannot access the Wayspot from the canal path.
