Does gate/arch/door count as part of nominated Waypoint or not?

If a wayspot (building/site) has high artistic value entrance, is it eligible?
Or considered as a duplicate? Because it is part of building/site?

I think if a specific part of a larger building has a particularly cool design then it can be eligible in its own right. For example a church may have a beautiful carved entrance, and could be eligible for different reasons - the church has high cultural value and the entrance is unique architecture.
On a smaller building you probably run into proximity issues, but often larger buidings have plenty of space to have waypoints over 20m apart and even span different cells to show in Pokemon Go as well as the other games.
