To be honest, the description part isn't helping your nomination. Tell about the table tennis board in the photo (permanently bolted to the ground, board made from stone and net from metal, who maintains it and who can use it etc.), not about the sports / table tennis rules.
Edit: the text seems to be copied from outside source,
@Skywalkered-PGO Jugendhaus is like a youth club and are POIs, because of their function to bring people together. Is is not functioning like a school.
I would also say that the description in not very good as long as you dont want to describe the sport. You can also try to submit the Jugengclub, they are acceptable POIs
Nominations whose real-world location appears to be on the grounds of primary/secondary schools, child care centers, or daycare centers
If the Youth club or facility caters primarily for Under-18 year olds then it falls under K-12 rules which apply to any group / building/ organisation. This is why Scout Huts or Girl Guide buildings are ineligible. If you mention "Youth Club" thats an automatic 1* rejection.
On my experiences, most youth clubs in Germany are POIs. In my location, I know a lot of them as POIs and in this case, its more likely a public playground near a youth club. The nomination says "Gemeindehaus", which means community center^^
A youth club (best possible, but nethertheless not the very best translation of Jugendzentrum) is for German mothertongues obviously no daycare, so this rejection reason should be irrelevant. Youth clubs are very often 1st try approvals. The problem here is, that a ping pong table is only the minimal amount of acceptible sports spots, and for some people it's not enough. then there are the people, who see this as part of the youth club and don't like detail wayspots.... so this is in general a candidate for resubmitting again and again. And then there is the problem with the stolen text, what few reviewers also should have noticed. It sounds like wikipedia, so some people s´will have googled the text ...
Dont be rude... If you feel like it isn't an accurate translation you could provide the translation yourself.
The forum is not to complain about wayspots not being accepted, but rather ASKING FOR HELP for other wayfarers on how to IMPROVE YOUR NOMINATION in order to submit this again.
People in here are trying to help you... dont be rude... if you want people to help, then provide enough information for them to help... if you just want to complain go to reddit or fb.
K-12: Use for nominations that are on the grounds of a primary, secondary, or high school. This also includes locations that may be a daycare or childcare center.
Ineligible location, place, or object
Location is a .... K12 and under school (preschool, primary/elementary, secondary/high school), child care/daycare center....
We are told that places like Scout Huts / Girl Guide Huts are ineligable as the organisations cater for under-18s. Following this arument, we also have to reject as K-12 other places primarily used for Under-18 organisations such as Army Cadets / Air Cadets / Sea Scouts. Somewhere like a Youth Club whose main users are people under the age of 18 would also fall into this category. Thats how i read the K-12 guidleins and clarifications from Niantic.
Comments
Jugendhaus = Youth Centre, if Google has translated correctly.
If so, it's probably going to be rejected for the location being K-12.

which is a spesified reason for rejection.

@Damastaglen-PGO here
"primary/secondary schools, child care centers, or daycare centers"
None of these fit the german "Jugendhaus". If you are not from germany and don't know these institutions don't try to be smart about it.

That is Nonsens,
a youthclub isn't the same as a School.

A youth club in Germany is more like a benefitial, social institution supporting some kind of events and other stuff. Its like a community center.
5* -> you can be social, great place for exercise.
Not a k-12
