Cannot get it moved with in game 10k.

I was able to get a point of interest approved, but I mistakenly placed it into the wrong cell. I tried to move it in game, but it has been reject several times. I doubt I can get it moved in game since there is no option to add comments. If successful in getting move to correct cell, another approved point of interest should result in a stop or gym.

This needs to be moved only a couple meters down (in this photo) or south.

If this one is moved, this one should pop.
