Good morning I want to make this appeal since the gym with the name "Nicho Blanco A La Virgen De Guadalupe" was taken out of the game by a cheating player who uses the fly, who, not being able to take over the gym, sent a report to remove it from the game.
The gym met all the requirements, the area is safe, it is visible from the Google StreetView satellite map, there was no reason for it to be removed, I give a sample of the tests of the area on the gps and the tests in the game.
All the players in the area hope that this gym can be recovered, which was one of the few in the area, it is an area with few things and removing it only harmed the entire community in this area.
I hope it can be recovered as soon as possible.

This looks like someone's house, and POIs on private residential property are not allowed, even if you can interact with them from public property.
The altar is on public property since it is on the sidewalk, which is already public property.
Even if it is, which I doubt, I don't think it counts as a public place of worship where community meets. There seems to be a lot of these altars in your town.
You can check it by reviewing the laws of the country, which is considered a public area, it is basic even in several countries, and with respect to the other, the amount does not discredit culture, in this case religion, it is like discrediting street murals or pieces of art just because there are so many.

It is attached to the wall of a single family private residence. Even things that are attached to the public side of garden walls or garages are deemed by Niantic to be on private property. Sorry, I very much doubt this one will be reinstated.
Appeal Denied- Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
Regrettable resolution, it can be seen that then it has nothing to do with whether it is really public or private, it is your decision, they are not impartial, they are partial.
As others have said, Niantic deems this as being a part of private property, regardless of how your country defines it.
Well, it is unfortunate because there are lots of pokeparadas like that, I have traveled to the United States and the same, so be even and remove all those, be impartial and not partial.
POis in US that are located on private residential properties also get removed when reported.
