So, this portal is a duplicate of another portal at coordinates 40.90018,-73.351947 with the exact same name. I marked this one for deletion because it is in the wrong location, while the other portal is in the correct location.

It is also possible to confirm that the other portal is in the correct location using street view on the Intel map. Another portal, Northport World War II Memorial, is visible right next to it. Meanwhile, the portal I submitted for deletion is across the street:
