I visited this area, and there is no 'Lucky Bay Campsite' sign here.

I think that this portal may have always been misplaced, as the Lucky Bay Campsite is located almost 10 kilometres east of where the portal is located. (There is a campground near the portal, but it is the 'Cape Le Grand Beach Campground', not that 'Lucky Bay Campground').

This image also shows the locations and names of the two campsites. As can be seen in the image, the Lucky Bay Campsite is nowhere near where the sign is located.

This is a close-up show of the largest sign which is visible in the wide-shot. It is a sign for the walking trail from here to Hellfire Bay.

There are also two smaller signs visible in the wide shot to the left of this sign, but both of those are warning signs saying 'BEE RISK AREA'.
