Portal located on private property. Police called.
I have lodged an invalid portal request for the following portal but it keeps getting rejected. The portal is located in a field behind a fence and the owner (who is an Ingress agent) rings the Police if you ever try to access the portal.

This is totally unfair and creates an unfair advantage. If you look at the satellite view the house across the road owns the field and that is where the agent lives
There are 2 other portals within 50 meters of this one (even though they are way out in the ****) and these are valid and the agent can use them, but having the Police called because we are accessing private property (rightly so, as it is on their property) is not right and needs to be changed.
Can somebody have a look or point me in the right direction to get this portal on private property removed from the network

Have you reported this portal thru Ingress and have you received a rejection email? If not, most likely this appeal will be rejected as you need to follow the proper procedure - report thru Ingress, wait for results, appeal if needed. If you have received the rejection email, please post it here.
It is also shown as a nature reserve, so you might need to prove it really is a private residential property (single family house) using official sources.
Appeal Denied- Thanks for the appeal, Agent. It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
