The Design Mural is live on the main road in Pokemon Go game..but there is no such Mural in that particular location. That's why, I also Uploaded 360 degree photo of that particular location in Google Map

Appeal Accepted- Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
