I reported this wayspot as invalid for obstructing emergency services but it was rejected. I strongly believe this wayspot does indeed obstruct emergency service. As you can see from the screenshots of Google street view of the location, the clock tower is directly next to the garage bays that emergency vehicles exit from. This wayspot also happens to be a gym. It is entirely plausible that someone could park their vehicle or stand in the driveway of the fire station to reach the wayspot, and therefore obstructing the exit of emergency vehicles.

Appeal Accepted- Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
