Last 2 new photos submits - I received reject after about 5 days. First time playground (submitted by me) was totally rebuild, so I can understand - it was totally new playground. But right now reject was very strange - I've change bad photo good one

Take a new picture but this time without people in the background
it was 800km from my home :(
I will try to do it next time I will be there as a business trip. But I don't think it is a problem
This is from Niantic regarding POI photos that include people in it.
Nominations with photos that include people
As a general rule, don’t submit photos that include people if you can avoid it. If you can’t (like at a crowded tourist attraction), you may submit a photo with people in the frame, so long as they aren't the focus or posing for the camera.
An example they provided of a POI photo that would be accpetable to have people in it would be the Eiffel Tower, it is a popular tourist attraction so taking pictures without people in the frame would be difficult.
