Its obviously photographed from a screen, the location is wrong, someone is trying to fake POIs

And theoretically, they are both from the same screen, so they could also be a duplicate :P
The second one is obviously taken from the screen lmao, also not surprised if it would 'passed' as Wayspot.
You should report that using abuse form.
