These are valid proposals?

I wanted to know if these types of plates are valid for a proposal. The plaques indicate on the creation of a park, creation of tracks and paths of the municipality, plaques of improvement of the community and those types of plaques. Are they appropriate to send as a proposal and be accepted to be a new waypots? Here are the images below: Thank you
Here are the photos of the plates so you can know if they are ideal for making a proposal. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you

I would say, they are perfect POIs. As long as you can prove the location (Streetview/seeable on the satelitemap), I do not see a problem.
Looks good to me. As long as you got a good supporting photo, even that should be more than enough.
@NianticGiffard your opinion .. thanks 😁
Dedication plaque are very good nominations. But if the first photo is planned, I recommend that you bring a rag and water to clean it up before photo. Otherwise, I mark it below 5* when I see dirty objects.
@NianticEG
No need to tag the mods, they 99.9% wouldnt answer, as long as it is not a bug, which is interesting for more than a few wayfinders^^

Please I would like to know if they can be valid proposals to be able to send them, thank you.
Niantic rarely gives their opinions on people's individual examples. Sometimes they do if the community seems split on it. You have 3 people ALL saying they look acceptable. (And now 4 people- I'm not sure what they say, but they are probably eligible). You may be one of the lucky few that gets a direct answer from Niantic on something like this, but don't hold your breath.
But like someone else said, please don't tag them repeatedly/multiple different mods. Some of them don't even typically address criteria questions (some are focused on investigating large scale fakes/abuse). Please save tagging Niantic for things that are extremely important/urgent. When someone does need help for an urgent reason (like recently, a submitter included someone's personal info into their submissions!), it can be difficult to get Niantics attention... because people tag them too often.
Good Lord, just submit them and if they pass they pass if they fail they fail. You shouldn't ping ninatic employees on every dvumb thing.
I have already proposed each plaque here in Peru, but the evaluators here focus a lot and think that they are more right than niantic, and the only thing they do is reject and only accept commemorative plaques, but plates of the municipality, plaques of parks built, etc they do not and only reject, so I came with this publication to see if the mods would respond to that request .. I just have to wait. Thank you.

A nomination is more than the type of PoI. Even if a plaque for a park is valid (you can just search for that in the candidate criteria instead of tagging Niantic's employees), the rest of the data of the nomination must be right.
In the photos that you have shown us, clearly the fourth one is a 3rd party photo and I suspect that given the quality and angle of the second one is a screenshot from Google Maps. I don't like the small size of the third one and that each photo has different size, they don't look like photos made by the same person.
Moving beyond the photos, reviewers also must evaluate the title, description and location. Have you placed them correctly? is it possible to verify that location?
So don't tag them anymore for a question that doesn't need an answer.
The photos that I have shown are not the ones that I am going to propose, but rather a reference or example of what type of plate I want to propose, that is why the photos that I have taken from some pages. But here in Peru, the smart ones are made and they know a lot and they don't do that. Good thank you.
If you don't show us your nominations you can't complain that they have been rejected. Or if you're planning to send them, I can't understand why you say that they have been rejected.
We told us that the kind of plaque is eligible, but you might have used a bad photo, bad title/description, placed it in the wrong location.
Show us your nominations if you want any kind of feedback.
