Invalid request ???

1- Is a association of housewives, I think it is an association that does a good job.
2- Old sundial, located on the street, fully accessible
3- Municipal board, it looks like an advertising panel but it is not. The news that you see in it are from the town hall
Any suggestion? since I don't think they are such bad requests

Can you proove the locations with streetview/the satelite map? If no, this is your problem.
Yes, all locations have street maps or 360 maked for me
I would say, the 2nd one is quite small, so it looks like its a mass product, the 3rd one looks unofficial because of the bad layout of the paper. I cant really review the first one.
Probably the second one is on a private house. I can't be sure without street view.
The third one is like the previous one that you asked about https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/8610/mini-clean-point-and-municipal-bulletin-board-valid and it seems hard to get it approved as is. (not a real PoI)
The second It has been there for many years, these types of elements are not made en mass, if they were it would be
The third In google maps you can see that there are official posters hanging, but people prefer not to check anything and reject directly.
Isn't it strange that I state that it's probably on the wall of a house and your reply is that it has been there for many years and it isn't a mass produced object?
The third one certainly looks like a mass produced object and you're the one that must explain why it's a PoI for the reviewers. At first sight it seems like so many other places aimed for advertising, not official announcements, so try to use a better photo next time.
To begin with, the first request has google maps from 2013 and it is already in that location, second those objects made in mass are usually simple, that one is not
third, are the boards fully valid requests? surely many of them made in mass but they are accepted the same, what difference does this one from the others that are accepted? even this is more complete
Can argue for the association, nobody gets wet or there are no arguments?
I don't know why you ask for feedback if you don't listen to what I say.
Is the sun dial on the wall of a residential house or not? I don't care about the age of street view, how long it has been there of who made it. PRP is an automatic rejection.
Let's see, how many sundials do you usually see? It is not a mass-produced product, since it is not a common object, what difference does it make where it is located? Is it private?
If the sundial is on the wall of a private residential building (prp), it's automatically ineligible, no matter how unique or interesting it is.
The Last Supper itself would be ineligible if it was painted on the wall of a single-family home.
The location (that you still don't want to confirm) means everything in a database of locations to visit. As you keep dodging the question it is obvious that you're aware of it and just want to play innocent.
Again: why do you want feedback if you already know why they have been rejected?
If that is in private property, I do not understand anything at all, the vast majority of existing portals such as plates are in the same condition
If the building on the right of the Street View image is a single-family home, then yes, it is on private residential property as defined by Niantic and is not eligible. You should not rely on comparisons to existing wayspots that may have been approved incorrectly or under previous versions of eligibility criteria.
The building the sundial is on appears to be a single family residence. Thus, it was righly rejected because no object on single family residences is allowed to be a Wayspot, even when the object can be seen or reached from the street.
Unfortunately this does seem like a single-family home, making the sundial ineligible. The thing is that as far as I can tell based on Street View, the majority of buildings in the neighborhood are multi-family buildings containing several apartments, which are not considered to be PRP.
