It seems to me that such agents as Ozzik should be denied access to the submitting of new wayspots

the photo with the dog by Ozzik has been added to the portal again.
I ask you to delete this image (the reasons are written above), and the Ozzik agent to restrict access to making edits to the portals, in particular adding photos.
Not sure how the changes were reverted. Anyway, we have removed the invalid image again from the Portal.
