How to improve this?

Hello community,
Few days ago I got rejected an upgraded candidature where I was sure it is a super legit one.
It is an old theather that now is used as multiple residence with many families. However the building is accessible to users in total security and at whatever time.
I am really surprised of that.
Because my account is italian I only get the news that it was rejected but I never got info about why...
I think it could be matter of my community where there is a group of users that decided to block whatever candidature they did not do. They do the same with pogo gyms trying to avoid you make coins if you are not in their group or just if they dont like you.
I know that a candidature is evalueted by many users but if it happen they found a candidature of this city they reject when it is not done by them. I am sure about this 100%.
However I just want here you help me to improve this candidature and I am sure that, even if there is their hand behind at one point Niantic will discover and punish them. Here I want only your help to improve 😀😀😀

Try a better picture, this one is zoomed a lot and that makes it blurry. Maybe a selfie-stick can help you.
Yes picture would be good to be changed but I do not think it should have been rejected for that.

Note that current new criterias are : "Ineligible location, place, or object - Location is a private residential property (even if historical), farmland, a K12 and under school (preschool, primary/elementary, secondary/high school), child care/daycare center..."
The former AMA clarification about "single family" is currently not valid anymore. We may need to wait for further clarifications in the upcoming AMA, but as of today, reviewers are right to reject nominations being on residential property.
Don't hesitate to upvote the proper question in the AMA thread or if you want to join the discussion about this criteria :
Single family buildings are ineligeble, but in this case it is a multi family home, so until now it should be eligeble. Correct me if I am wrong^^
Well I dont know what AMA said but if you are righ more than 70% of graffiti, murales, religious things should be removed because on multifamily buildings at least in italy.
"Multi family" was eligible until Wayfarer 3.1 got released and NianticCasey said "Unlike previous clarifications and small-scale changes, this is a complete overhaul of the criteria and overrides any previous AMA response or clarification here in the forum. Therefore the current criteria is : "Ineligible location, place, or object - Location is a private residential property (even if historical)..." no matter if it's a single or multiple family; if private residential = rejection.
I'm not saying that I agree with this or not. It's only the new criteria since last week and it's subject to a lot of questions in the AMA thread. That's why I said that we may need to wait for further clarifications in the upcoming AMA
That's not necessarily grounds for removal. Criteria changes over the time and if it was eligible while it got accepted, it can generally stay in the game, unless a formal removal request is made.
As a reviewer I'd want to see hard evidence the building is nowadays used as apartments for multiple families. How did you inform/prove it?

@Kroutpick-PGO unless Niantic makes a clear clarification that they did such a big change on their definition of "private property" I continue reviewing as before.
Private residential proeprty has always meant a single-famly residences only. That hasn't change with Criteria 3.1 unless Niantic explicitly includes multi-family residences in the definition.
Well honestly I did not inform people about if the building is now used for families For sure such building cannot be for only one family as here in my city it is very rare to have single family in a building. I did my candidature of the statue on the old theatre. If you take a look to candidatures in my cities they never say it is a building with more than one family because eveeyone here already knows. In all Italy is very rare to have such kind of building...
Moreover if you take a look on streetview maybe you can also see there are several post boxes.
All I can see is the photo and your screenshot of limited streetview. I have no way of knowing how much info you provided in the nomination.

It can be clear for people in your city/country that it's not single family residence. But, and especially as your nomination was upgraded, you most likely get reviewers also from other countries. Local knowledge is not certain, I recommend providing info/proof. Even as simply as
"Not a single family residence, can be checked by multiple post boxes visible in street view / support photo."

Hi, I can assure you that we are not the ones to stop you from releasing new pokestops, as chiessa di san Giacomo, Fonte di san giacomo (wrong cell no pokestop, only portal) and two others came out in the ancient center of castellammare. I have no interest in blocking the release of pokestops as I do not prevent the release of new pokestops at San Marco. Secondly, we are not enough to prevent you from releasing a portal, the evaluations take place on a large scale, so we are certainly not enough. so please don't make false accusations about us, thank you

Yeah I agree I am still young in this community. However 2 things
1) I said I am here only to improve my way to submit. Indeed I said thanks to everyone helped me
2) chiesa di san giacomo is in the good place as well.as the fountain. I know the church will not appear on pogo because of that but this church is where my grandpa is passing his postmortem life and I really wanted this church on ingress or pogo. I did not cheat and I knew that if accepted it should have not appeared on pogo...
But i am still happy it has been accepted because of my grandpa.
Now I know that next time maybe I have to pay much more attention on details of this pokestop...
