@BochumJules-PGO I'm German, but not in range to review stuff from Bochum, if your candidates dont have an upgrade, but nethertheless:
This house could be filled with apartments, it could be a single family residential - second case would be ineligible. Your photos dont give any hint about that. The number one hint to show that it is not a single family home, is showing the array of door bells in your supporting picture. Your submission here ....the main pic is cut off at the upper half of the door, and the supporting photo has the unfavourable parking car. Reviewers could be suspicious and could reject because this could be done by intention to veil that its a single family home.
My personal oppinion: this house is located very urban and trafficed place so, players there wouldnt attract a lot of attention, and its by far not comparable to the stereotypical American Single family house suburbs ... I would accept this without exactly knowing about the housing circumstances here, especially because it's exactly above the pavement.
As a reviewer: How am I supposed to know whether it's private or an apartment building? When I am in doubt whether it's private , supporting info isn't giving me anything, and I cannot find any indication it isn't (in the picture(s) and online), I will reject it for PRP-reasons, even though it might not be.
Given the architecture, it is unlikely that this is single family. To be sure, I usually look for multiple letterboxes or door bell near the main entrance. In this case, no luck. Looks like the main entrance is recessed behind a gate that obscures the view, so can't be sure.
That said, because all the other buildings on either side are provably apartment buildings (and the coolness of the Portal) I'd probably give it the benefit of the doubt.
Its a officail walkway......in germany there are other rules for privat proberty ....and it doesn't Look like a private house.....this is a house with flats..

Are those single family homes or apartments?

Further tip:
Do the main photos with 4:3 instead of 16:9 ;)
If I type Bochum, Blücherstraße 81 into GMaps, the pin locates at the house next to your spot. Maybe someone assumed you want your private stop.
Probably when you took the picture, you were standing nearer to the 81 house?
From the photo, it is not a PRP.
Just for the image looks like a private house... I do not understand german, could you add your translated title/description/additional info?

It's information about the location (street name and number), and that street view is outdated (rough translation, my German is far from perfect).
I agree... if it looks like it could be private, I assume it is until proven otherwise...

So Adress is 79 ...and the house near by is 81 .... und you see the House in this pic 💁🏻♂️
Google seems a little off there. Your screenshot had Nr.81 although it is 79. This is a problem for location check.
There is a 2020 streetview and the house is without wood decoration. But from the coloring in your photo, the wood seems not new.
It seems to be a good object. But google makes reviewers unsure.
Streetview isn't from 2020 ....its from 2012 💁🏻♂️ and i tell it.
Com'on 79 to 81 is less than 3 Meters, because its the Same row of buildings.
