Hello reviewers, this nomination was quickly rejected after I upgraded it, is there any feedback i could get on improving my submission so it is more likely to be accepted, or is this plaque not eligible?

Under the Criteria 3.1, memorial benches are not eligible unless there is something particular about the memorial itself. Even under the previous criteria, memorial benches where only eligable if it was for a significant or historic person in the community. Your nomination doesn't describe either.
Also, you donot give any information about the person in the description.
What do you could i write to convince that this person was significant to the community? I don't want to go into detail into what happened to honor them.
If you don't want to explain why he was significant, the PoI won't be approved.
You don't have to go into detail on what happened but you do have to go into detail on why they were significant to the community as a whole not just local friends and family.
As harsh as it may be, memorial benches generally mean pretty much nothing to anyone except close family and friends, the community as a whole just wouldn't care and why would they as they do not know the person.
If you can prove the person was significant to the local community i.e. a web news article etc, then it may be accepted, without any such information then you're going to be out of luck
