Idea - Convert Upgrades Into Wayfarer Credits

This has probably been brought up before but since the search sucks, ima post it anyway.
How about Upgrades be converted into Wayfarer Credits instead.
Wayfarer Credits could then be used for more things. Eg. Use it as an upgrade, use it for a manual review by Niantic on a rejected Nomination, use it to get some extra Nominations.
Basically make reviewing efforts a bit more rewarding and practical.

I'd settle for the ability to discard upgrades 😂 anything else would be a bonus.
Or the ability to resubmit a wayspot that was rejected. Much more useful than the upgrade
Yes please. While I do appreciate the expedition, turning a credit into another nomination or an advanced peer/Niantic review into a recently rejected nomination will be interesting.

I'd also settle for being able to pass upgrades onto another person of my choice - mainly because where I submit, everything goes into voting within a week, and is usually voted on fully not long after, so upgrades are largely pointless for me.
As Credits, transferring them to folk who need them is interesting.
I'd be concerned over the use of this facility by Spoofers and multi-accounters getting even more of their subs to the top of the queue.
