New pokestop/gym requests being disapproved even though they are eligible.
Several requests that I made within the game were refused even though they were eligible nominations, this is disappointing. We used our time to go to the place to take good pictures and search the history about the indications, the evaluations take days or months and even if it is an eligible indication it is not approved. Please Niantic correct this, we need to know why a nomination is not approved.
Could someone help me inform what's wrong with this request for the images?

Is this a park entrance sign? Cant really understand much portuguese. They are eligeble if they arent generic/if there is already one sign existing, others are most likely getting rejected due to not being visually unique. Also, such signs are not super easy to get accepted. You might need multiple tries.
Are you telling the reviewers to not move the position of the nomination because you're playing tricks with already full S2 cells because that's what it looks like in the supporting information? I'll happily 1* with mismatched location for nominations like that. How was the pin placed when it was submitted?
Unfortunately in Brazil, the evaluators have the habit of changing the location even though the location is already correct. Hence the message not to do that.
The city I live in is historic and has this sign stating the name of each historic spot in the city. thank you for the tips.
Many people might interpret that message as trying to influence reviewers and 1* the whole nomination.
And why would they do that? They should be reported as abuse trying to misplacing location marker that are correctly placed.
Unfortunately, some evaluators end up placing the locations closest to their homes or points of interest and ignore the real location of the indication.😓
If that's so, you may use the form to edit that Wayspot location back to its original location once it got approved but misplaced somewhere when it went live (you have to find where your newly accepted Wayspot went misplaced to first, however).
If the form didn't work, go to Location Edit Appeal section and make your appeal there. Then explain everything as usual, including the one who's responsible for this.
I already do that, thanks for the recommendation.
I always put this annotation for everyone to consider the ideal location of the referral.
So it shouldn't be a problem to include a screenshot of where the nomination was located then, so we can rule out that possibility.
If these signs are very common the only other issue I can see is that they're not visually unique enough or that that people possibly think they're just normal mass-produced road signs because they do look a bit like that. Honestly there's not much information on that sign, and it looks kinda generic so even if it's in the right place it certainly might take some tries to get approved. I'm not sure I understand completely what's written on it but I'm not confident I'd approve it if I was.
Drop the "guilty until proved otherwise" attitude? Google translation of support text
"Please do not move the location of that indication, it is right where the sign is installed, the cells around it are already occupied, a historic square where the chapel of the city's main church is built, a place with secure access and many points of interest for people."

@MarioSGodoy87-PGO Not sure what you could do otherwise. Perhaps mention in the support text that the signs like these are installed by the city to mark the historic places?
Exactly, when anyone says "don't move because the cells are occupied" it smells fishy to me. If the pin is in the correct position the reviewers don't move it, that claim about "moving closer to their home" is a non-sense.
Thanks.
I will do that.
Not sure we're on the same page, but agreed that it would be better to just mention.
"Pin is placed where the sign is, can be checked from streetview/support photo."
No. When POG-players start going on about occupied cells in their nominations I am going to assume there's something going on. Sorry, but since we haven't seen the rejection email or the nomination map a denial for mismatched location can't be ruled out.
I thought maybe we were supposed to speculate about possible reasons for denial here but if the point is just to agree with the OP I've misunderstood and I apologise. I'll leave you to it.

Mail:
the plazas could be eligible, but
If google translate is correct, the second submission is an electric tower and that fits no criteria. NianticCasey just now (link below) restated that electric towers/cell towers are not eligible (idk why it was also another post in Portuguese did the local community try to mass approve them?)
edit: sorry the statement now was from NianticGiffard. Though I do believe NianticCasey had said they were ineligible a long time ago too.
Hey, just warning you that the photo shows your email address on the side. Might be better to edit and take that down and post a picture with your email blurred/blacked out
It"s one thing to speculate on it once and another thing to basically say "why haven't you proved that you're not lying".
Your second paragraph is just a straw man argument.
