You have to wait a few days. After around four days, you are able to review again.

Tengo el mismo problema. No puedo revisar propuestas de pokeparadas. Llevo 7 dias con este problema
Normally, this takes 4 days if it is the bug. In this case you may have no more submissions in your area.
I'm really angry I just got the most unfair 24-hour cooldown ever.
All I did was logged into a different web browser. Since when is that an offence?
My browser (Firefox) was running slow so i decided to try something else and downloaded a new one (Opera). Opened Wayfarer, logged into my account... and when I clicked Review I got instant cooldown! Without even reviewing a single nomination!
Is this bug or intentional? Anyone else had this problem?
Were you still logged in to your Wayfarer account on Firefox when you logged in on Opera?
I did not. I logged out of Firefox and closed it.
