Would you considder this a save access?

While reviewing, I came past this edit:
https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=53.930874,11.473382&z=15&pll=53.930874,11.473382
Its an old ship in mid of the ocean (not super far away from the coast). I am actually kind of unsure whether I would have accepted that one or not. In my eyes, its not really a save access. Is there any kind of clarification for this? There was another discussion about a player dying because of trying to access one of those POIs.
Is this a valid POI or should it get rejcted/removed?

Niantic has stated that tides do matter with regard to safe pedestrian access. If you cannot access a location on foot at high tide, then the location doesn't have safe pedestrian access.

Unfortunately, that is an edit, so there is no option to have the Wayspot removed. If you are up for the trip, you could go close enough to the site where you can see it on the app and thus report it for not having pedestrian access.
It shouldn't have been accepted, that is not safe access as its on the water. You might not be able to report it though you might be able to tag a niantic rep on here to see if they would be willing to remove it (always seems daft you need to be at it or have a key for it if its clearly not safe to get to)
Niantic needs a better system for reporting wayspoints like this. I find these in review all the time. There is no way to flag them in the edit prompts, often you don't live anywhere near them, So you have to spend quite a bit of time gathering the "evidence" to fill out the Google form which gives you no feedback: no way to know if your report was seen or acted upon.
I would say, that I got a positive connection to Nia, espcially because of my fake reports. Maybe I got a good chance of getting such POIs reported without a mail.
One thing you can't see on sat images: is it accessible at low-tide?
I know an area where the waterline move more than 1 km between high and low tide.
On the picture you can see the sand on the right of the ship.
If you can reach it at low tide it's even more accessible than wayspots in amusement parks that are closed in the winter
There's another post where it's stated (by @NianticCasey-ING IIRC) that this kind of wayspots where the tide is important are not valid, and that's not related to the availability of amusement parks during all hours of every day along the year.

exactly what I was looking for, thanks for the clarification^^
Another bit of useful clarification that needs to be added to an AMA
I don't think that this represents safe access. At the same time, I have to admit that this is super bonkers and I'd love it to stay in the game. It made me google the spot and I learned something I never heard of before.

There is no tide issue in the Baltic Sea. The biggest difference is 10 cm. So please make your homework before stating this should be removed by Ninantic. I don't know the local situation. But from what I can see on I can't decide it to be safe or not. Google "Betonschiff vor Redentin". As I can find some pictures taken from close by, it seems to be accessible rather easy, barefoot or with wellingtons on.
