Nominations stuck ''in voting process'' for 1+ month , is it normal?

So, a while back, I nominated a bunch of stuff , specifically 7. 4/7 got in the voting process within a day or two after that. One of them got rejected some days ago and one of them got accepted , only after I used an upgrade though... And the others have jusst been sitting there. It seems like the only way to get a nomination through the process is to use an upgrade , which I find frustrating.
But , a friend of mine used an upgrade 3 days ago on a nomination and it's still only in the ''In Queue'' phase , so upgrades sometimes don't even work?
Is it normal? how many reviewers does it even need to get reviewed by to get accepted? I'm kinda new to wayfarer so answers would be very much appreciated!

Missing evaluators, many requests for few active evaluators.
Yes it is normal... I currently have 6 in voting... 3 of which have over 45 days in that status...
this situation is sad
Consider it as normal. It really depends to the cell where the nomination located (prioritized or not) and number of reviewers reviewing the nomination.
Most people in this forum are likely waited for months, and some have already waited for over a year.
Be happy with a 3 months priority area. I can wait for 18 months without upgrades and my old "a little priority" area is now on 5 months and still no response.
Every time I use an upgrade it's a matter of hours not days for it to be through voting. I have one nomination that is almost two months old without an upgrade.
Upgrades don't put nominations in voting any faster but one the upgraded nomination goes from queue to voting it shouldn't be long then.
