Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We have reviewed your submission “Affenstarke Behinderung” and found that it's not currently eligible to appear in Niantic games as it is in close proximity to already existing in-game locations. The argument might be valied for Pokemon Go, but what about Ingress? As you can see on this screenshot there are some, but not too much portals in close range. If you compare this to the portal density of highly populated places (see below), the argument is very weak to not place the portal.
So I ask again to reconsider.
Thank you.
It's very much within 20 meters of another Wayspot.
the playground is completely misplaced, maybe try moving it to its correct location?
Will try as soon as I am level 40. Thanks.
Unfortunately I cannot move that playground due it is not in PoGo. Maybe a Ingressplayer could help here?
Dear Giffard,
now that the playground has been moved I kindly ask to reconsider and restore the said wayspot. Thank you.
You will still have to resubmit the statues. The Wayspot was never added to the database because it was within 20-30 meters of an existing Wayspot. There is nothing to "restore".
Are you sure? Because it was accepted as a wayspot.
No, any accepted Wayspot that was too close to another live Wayspot won't live in any games. You should resubmit it again.
Don't worry, it won't be marked as duplicate.
Okay, thanks patsufredo. So I will do this.
It is just a bit disappointing due the fact that I lost an upgrade for this wayspot.
