I am a great wayspot nomination that meets all the criteria. No, really, I am.
A great place for exploration
Absolutely. I am in a beautiful, historic city with lots to see and do. Players are also free to explore my memories (I have lots of stories) and my insightful opinions on a wide variety of topics.
A great place for exercise
Definitely. At over 2 meters tall I make an excellent climbing frame. I have some experience with Judo and am available for sparring with any player who is interested. Other exercise opportunities in my immediate area include mopping the floor, scrubbing the bath or doing the dishes.
A great place to be social with others
Yep. I have quite a few friends and often entertain visitors. Tea, coffee, wine and beer are usually available. I am a local gem.
Additional:
I live in an apartment building (not single family PRP). I work from home. I would have access to the portal and so like a work place portal that is only available to the employees, I would be a valid wayspot in terms of accessibility. Others would have access by prior arrangement but since portals do not have to be available to everybody all the time, that shouldn't be a problem.
I'm not on school grounds and I never interfere with the operations of emergency services.
Yeah, but don't you move around a lot?
Not that much. With lock down and working from home I can honestly say that I spend most of time within the 2 meter radius of a portal marker. I shower, go to the toilet and the kitchen but again a portal doesn't need to available to all players all the time. So not a deal breaker.
If, despite my faultless logic, you still don't believe I would make a great wayspot, let me know. I will destroy your weak arguments with L8 blasters of my vast intellect.

Unfortunately, you would meet Rejection Criteria #5—photos including people, body parts, or live animals as subject matter.
Solution. Come back as zombie and then you don’t meet the “people” criteria.
Fortunately, this is not a problem. My accountant has declared me legally dead for tax reasons.

Then your "apartment" is a gravesite, rendering it a "sensitive location". Therefore, you would be ineligible under Rejection Criteria #2.
Hmmm... Fair point. What if I was to declare my dead/undead body a monument to me? I could wear a sign. I definitely am/was significant in the local community. Then I'm a monument not a gravesite. Or I could go with mausoleum, like Lenin's tomb.
Just because you declared yourself a significant person doesn't mean you are significant. There needs to be documentation that backs up your claims of significance. And if you never leave your apartment, you cannot be significant. Your clearly no Howard Hughes.
That is a big assumption on your part. For all you know I might be building a pointlessly massive airplane and urinating in to a jar right now.

Just build a statue of yourself, which is completely eligeble. Thats the easiest way to get ingame :)
The problem is that there already is a massive statue of me nearby. I'm worried about getting marked as a duplicate. Here is a pic of the huge statue of me that already dominates the local skyline:
I landed my helicopter next to it so you would get some idea of its vast scale.
You could also put several signs around creating a hiking path
This is no problem. Just name your POI "cooler sculpture" and nothing can go wrong.
Also, if you have no experience in creating a sculptue, you can ask a frend if he could put a barrel of concrete on top of you. This can make the creation way easier. You might not be able to play the game anymore but that shouldnt be the problem.
