Several Wayspots with Watermark

are these now valid wayspots? isnt it that people should reject them?
do i have to wonder that one day there will be NSFW Photos on Wayfarer because the community allowed them?
alot of them were accepted in the last weeks:

Yes, the nominations should have been rejected because of the watermarks, but I think it is because most reviewers are either ignoring or not paying attention to them. However, now that they have been approved, the best you can do is replace the images with one without a watermark and request the one with be removed.

All what you can do is to create new pictures and report the old ones via the forum.
Niantic should talk to the one submitting these. and to the ones that are accepting them.
what next? i can see those submissions of dead animals going thru!
Niantic should pay attention to the people that approve these kind of nominations ignoring the guidelines. How many other guidelines do they also ignore?
And of course, to reiterate a months (years) old request: pre-scan every nomination (with a very basic AI, it's not that hard to detect the watermarks of those phone manufacturers) and automatically reject those with watermarks before they enter into nomination. Although they could serve also as dynamic honeypots to catch people that don't follow the guidelines.

Also, only the pictures are invalid, the POI is alright. I would check the Intel map and look for the pictures.
