PokeStop does not appear after moving it.

A few days ago a pokeparada was moved and it does not appear in the game but it does appear in Ingress. Other pokeparadas moved these days but they did appear.

It was probably moved into an S17 cell which already has a Pokestop in it. You can only have 1 Pokestop per S17 cell in Pokemon, the other will not appear.
Yes, I move it from the same community form, it should appear right?
No. If you moved it and it is in now in the the same S17 cell as another Pokestop, you will not see it appear in Pokemon again. It is gone.
What is the location of the Waypoint, we can have a look on the Ingress intel map and check.
