My pokestop nomination was approved but it did not appear in the in game. I had contacted niantic on this matter and the reason maybe because the pokestop is too close to existing pokestop. So i want to know how to make the pokestop appear in pokemon go.

If it's within 20m of another Wayspot (Pokéstop) then you can either re-nominate it or, if appropriate, move the other Wayspot. Be advised that Niantic has made it so in certain circumstances moving Pokéstops can make a Pokéstop disappear (sort of a slap in face to players who like to keep their area tidy for Niantic). I'm guessing the fact you are asking this question mean you don't know some of the finer details regarding Wayspot nomination. I don't know what the circumstances are like in your area but there are plenty of guides regarding "Pokéstop nomination".
if it will be an option, you can check with other players from your region who know who to check those things. they may assiste you in this matter
Thank you for all the answers..i am thinking to renominate my nomination from different angle and a little bit far from existing pokestop.
the pokestop area
Existing pokestop was at the gazebo..my nomination was the swing near the gazebo. I will nominate the playground in the front as my new nomination.
The distance between existing pokestop and my new nomination pokestop. Hopefully it works..
It is too close to another Pokestop and will not appear in Pokemon Go because it is within the same cell, though it does appear in Ingress and may appear in other Niantic AR games. I'm not sure about the accuracy of the pagoda because the satellite/aerial map is so low resolution, but the playground's Wayspot is pretty much in the center and there is no reason to move it.
I second what @TheFarix-PGO said. There are already two wayspots there-- "Public gazebo" and "Children playground". Children playground will not appear in Pokemon Go due to cell density rules. The pin for the pagoda is off by about six meters while the pin for the playground is accurate.
Satellite view for the area is low-quality but street view is excellent. Also, these two are within 20 meters of each other, so likely were submitted before that restriction went into effect. I'm not sure if moving the pagoda would cause the 20m rule to kick in or not. There is definitely nothing new to be submitted in that area.

In this image I've drawn 20 meter circles around the existing wayspots in blue. The pin is the precise location of the pagoda, and the grey circle is 20 meters from the precise location.
20 meters circles
what do you mean by that ?
