question about moving a stop

so i have a stop that was "accepted" but since it is in the same square as another, it obviously isnt showing up in pokemon go. now, if the stop that is currently in the game gets and approved "location move" (a few inches, its a mural so the tagged location can be on the other side of the mural and its on the line) would my "non showing stop" appear in game if the change is accpted? ( giving my accepted submission the title of "only one in the square"). i dont want to necessarily submit if it wont work.
