Pokestop accepted doesn't appear in the game

I got accepted a pokestop and it doesn't appear in the game. It isn't too near of another pokestop or gym, what could it be?

Q: My accepted submission is not ingame. Why?
A: There are three posibilities:
How do i know if my submission is in a full lvl 17 s2 cell??
You can check Ingress. If the POI is visible in Ingress, it is in a full lvl 17 s2 cell. If it isnt, it got autodeleted due to the 20m distance. Otherwise, there are maps for it, e.g. the Ingress Intel map with plugins.
If you send ma a location and the name of your submission, I can check this for you.
And don’t forget that the submission might be moved elsewhere by the reviewers during reviewing.
that is in both points, 1 and 2. Yes, that can be the case aswell, but this is only the answer on somebodies question, who knows these "rules".
I downloaded Ingress and it appears there. So it means that it is 20m away of the others pokestops. Can I do something now if I want it in pokemon go?
If it is in Ingress, it will be in the same lvl 17 s2 cell or just not synced. When did your submission got accepted?
Is there any portals close to it in ingress? If its basically all by itself its more than likely in its own cell. You will have to give it a handful of days.
if it is in the same cell as another portal and the location is correct on your submission there is really no reason to move it and moving it away from the actual proper location can be considered abuse.
It got accepted on monday
Then it is in a full s2 cell and wont appear on PGO, as long as it wouldnt get edited into an empty s2 cell. But this is rarely the case.
Okay, thank you!! I don't know if it's possible to see the cells or how it works 😥
there are multiple good web articles like this one explaining the system:
