I dont earn any wayfare agreements and i review lot of nominations. I need pathway to start over or some guidelines to learn what i have done wrong. I always pass Wayfarer test and there is no problem. Please help, this is starting ruin my gameplay when there is one medal that i cant get platinium.

I reviewed a lot since yesterday but got only 2% progress.
(And there were a lot of playgorunds i had to review... ;-) )
I reviewed a lot since yesterday but no process. And my upgrade is stuck.
We have seen that a lot in our group also. Seems that everyone is stuck at the moment. No one knows why but possibly impacted by the WU server updates on Niantic's end. Not know why this could effect wayfarer in general but this is the only sense I can make of it.

It looks like this was related to an issue that was also impacting Upgrades not moving into voting. We've resolved this issue overnight, are you still seeing issues with Upgrades not being earned despite agreements? Any stuck Upgrades still stuck after the fix went into place?
I can confirm that the issue is still there in my community, despite the fix (we still have Upgrades that are not moving into voting).
The issue was resolved for me, got 80% progress in a day. But my upgraded nomination is stuck in queue. Normally an upgraded nomination is reviewd in 8 hours but now its still in queue after 16 hours. :(
Agree, the fix seems to have improved things temporarily but agreements and upgrades are stalled again.
I have had one that was already in voting for a month that was upgraded before I woke up yesterday and I still don't have an answer 1.5 days later. Another reviewer I know just thinks it is stuck because people aren't coming to an agreement. But he isn't watching this forum.
Mine finally finalized after many hours! Yeah (new gym tomorrow)

My own nominations have been accepted over 100 times, so i have doing so much more content in the games. Please help me to get off that poor status, so i can get mine Wayfarer medal to platinum
