S14 Cell has 7 stops but no Gym!

S14 Cell in this town has 7 stops in game but no Gym please help!

First: it does have a gym in the Northwestern corner. It's also possible that the two stops on the Western border are slightly misplaced in this map (which is community-based and therefore prone to such mistakes) and they're actually in the neighbouring cell.
Second: it's level 14 S2 cells. (This is one of the few things I'm unreasonably pedantic about.)
I'm not sure what program you're using to generate that map, but are you sure the two stops on the border aren't in the other cell? That would leave the gym at the top, plus the four other stops. 5 POI's means there should just be one gym.
sorry guys i forgot to mention the cemetary is deadzoned. in other words in summer 2016 probably it asked to have no additional stops put in there. thing is there are still stops within the cemetary, its just that with the deadzone there is something there that is probably stopping one of the cemetery stops from becoming a gym.

wrong. personally, i go into the app and get the coords in google maps and then do it the exact right way.
You can use the official coords, but you can also put the location whereever you want. So nothing too serious. Ingress Intel is better.
If you could give me a name of a POI and a location, I could check this for you.
when you input the coords into pogo map it automatcially puts it into the right location.
Was it you who created the pogomap objects here? If not, it might have been someone who didn't do it the right way. If yes, you still might have made a small mistake.
yes i filled in the blanks in this area on pogomap. madevdure to use the correct EXACT coords from pogo app and google maps. we need a mod here cause there is 7 poi but no gym!

I have a question related to this. Do multiple ingress portals in the same L17 cell count towards creating a gym in pokemon go? If there are 2 ingress portals in the same cell, would that still create a gym?
In the image above there are 6 portals (4 stops and a gym) in L14. 2 portals are in the same cell so only 1 appear as a stop in pogo. Do only stops that appear in pogo count?
@Ankan1101-PGO no, only (non-sponsored) stops/gyms appearing in-game count towards gym creation.

No new gyms
Description of Issue: This L14 cell here, has two POI, but there is no replicated gym showing up in Pokémon Go. Both portals show up as Pokestops in Pokemon Go. After two portals/POI within each respective L17, this should create 1 gym in this L14.
I believe this is a bug, and hopefully this can be corrected by the Niantic Team. Thank you.

Hello guys, it seems on global wayfarer group on some famous social is mentioning this problem. At least 3 post are speaking about gyms not appearing.
Now my girlfriend is going to check whether she is facing same issue too. If so, I will post coordinates a screen and coordinates...
Hoping tjat after agreement problems and sync problems, there will not be also the gym problems
Just wondering if this was ever resolved? My community is currently having this problem that we have 20 POI in an S14 cell (and we accounted for ingress portals in the same S17 cells in those cases) and no gym synced today even though the new stop did. Is this an issue that was discussed anywhere else, or could someone let me know if maybe getting another POI would help? It's possible that one cell is in a cemetery that asked for gyms to be removed. If that stop "became" the gym when no new gyms can be there, can we even fix this?
This isn’t really a Wayfarer problem. You’re best asking for support via the Pokémon GO Support.
Wayfarer doesn’t care if you don’t have a gym.
