"submit and stop reviewing" on rejections not working

Everytime I use this feature on WF, it throws me to the next review. The normal "submit and stop reviewing" on reviews with 2-5* is working how it should. Only the 1*s doenst work.
System: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome (version 87.0.4280.141)

I haven't encountered this issue on my Android device, Chrome.
