Nomination counter not restoring in PoGo?

Hello guys,
I feel as there could be a bug in nomination counter in PoGo app.
I did a nomination on the 4th of January and two nominations yesterday 18th of january. So my counter is now at 4 available. Now the question is: should not it be 5? Indeed from the 4th of january 14 days are passed and I was expecting the counter to go +1...
Let me know if maybe there is something wrong in my way of thinking

Nominations will come back at the exact hour, 14 days later. If you sent your submission on Jan 4th at 4 PM, it should come back on Jan 18th, at 4 PM
Indeed today is 19th of january and it did not come back
My bad guys. I had changed the settings of wayfarer and I was missing a nomination that was withdrawen
