Q: My accepted submission is not ingame. Why?
A: There are five posibilities:
Currently, there are a lot of syncing errors. You only need to wait a bit.
@NianticCasey-ING
Casey knows about this problem. There are like 20 of those posts daily.
Me and a friend of mine have the same issue, the portals were accepted this weekends and already appeared in ingress but not in PoGo
Hi there,
There were some syncing issues between Wayfarer and Pokémon GO over the weekend that have been resolved. See this post for details:
Are you still seeing issues with eligible Wayspots not syncing with Pokémon GO after this resolution?
Why all wayspots are accepted appear in Ingress Prime but no in Pokémon Go & Harry Potter WU?
If it appears in Ingress, but not PoGo :

For wayspots not appearing in HPWU, there is a known sync issue.
Each of the games has a different set of rules for wayspot density. For new things in Ingress the only rule is that it cannot be less than 20 meters from an existing portal. Because things spawn in PoGo and HPWU it makes sense for there to be less wayspot density. HPWU is already too dense, IMO-- I am constantly trying to get to a trace that has spawned right on top of an inn, and the only way to do it is to zoom in and tap very carefully.
But I know pokestops in the same celd (17), with just a few meters in between
These were added to the database in the early days of the game. Niantic have since changed the rules regarding Pokestop spacing and the number of stops allowed in a single S17 cell because there was too much abuse of the edit sysyem to create clusers of stops and gyms very close together. Now the rule is 1 Pokestop or Gym for any S17 cell. These rules apply to the moving of any existing Stops as well.
