Looking for help. Can't access wayfarer after making ingress account.

I had tried to create an Ingress account to access IITC mobile. Before getting to even log into the game and create a codename. It has given me "Access Denied". Ingress support has been NO help saying they're not finding an account with my email address and saying they can't help me. I contacted on Twitter same issue. Saying they can't restore my wayfarer access and essentially I'm screwed.
So after that and getting "Access Denied" on Ingress I gave up and went to continue to review stuff on Wayfarer to upgrade a nomination. It had said my account has been suspended in one or more games. Never did anything in PoGo to get the warning, and it's funny it happened right after attempting to make an ingress account and now they refuse to help.

Thats a general bug and has nothing to deal with wayfarer. You need to try the ingame support. You wont find help here.
@NianticCasey-ING has at time looked into such claims or helped elevate them to the right folks... But in general, it's very difficult to get one on one response from Support.
I've tried in-game support they're no help. It's also making it so I can't access wayfarer. It's telling me I've been suspended in one or more games. Which didn't happen till trying to make an ingress account

I have. The one that got back to me told me they didn't have an account from my email address, or any codenames I've given.
Contacted Ingress support they said to just make a different account under a new address
