Additional information: "Dorfkirche Teschendorf Eingang" is German and means something like "Church Teschendorf entrance" in English. Right next to it at the coordinates "53.457077,13.358926" is the wayspot "Teschendorfer Kirche" which means something like "Teschendorfer Church" in English. In the end, both photos show the church and the title only differs in that one object is the church and the other ... the entrance to the church? So also the church. In my opinion, the same and therefore a duplicate.

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Pokéstop/Gym in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
