Accepted POI not showing in Pogo despite following rules

in Report a Bug
Hello, I had a PokeStop submission accepted around 10:34 AM PST today. (Jan 28, 2021)
The Wayspot had appeared as a Portal in Ingress, but not as a PokeStop in Pokemon Go. There is a PokeStop nearby but in a different S2L17 cell. It follows all known rules including the most important of S2L17 and the 20m rule.
Here you can see the S2L17 difference, which is 2 different cells (circle is where PokeStop is supposed to be):
Here you can see the 20m distance (circled is the PokeStop called ‘Raspado Xpress Art Canvas’):
It would make no sense to have this not appear as a PokeStop since it is in a different S2L17 as the other stop. Help is much needed.

Waypoints appear in Ingress right after you get the approval email. However the sync across to PoGo only happens once a day for nominations approved before the cut off time.
Pogomap.info isnt necesairily a good source. The PokeStop dient need to be set at the correct location. Also, there might be a problem with the prximity of under 20 meters. This would make the accepted nomination unuseable.
The Ingress Intel Map should be the only map you reference because it is the official map for Ingress and Ingress includes all approved Wayspots. Pogomap.info is often outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete because it depends on user submissions and should never be used as a reference. Even the placement of its S2 boundaries are often wrong.
Thank you. I didn’t know this. Very much appreciated. Is this enough for the 20m rule? It is fairly separated from the other PokeStop.
Yes, otherwise the POI wouldnt appear.
Thank you. It still hasn’t appeared in Pokemon Go but I’m not sure how long that takes. It is in a separate L17 cell and follows every rule.
I have looked into our database and can confirm that the Wayspot in question is now live in Pokémon GO. Please note that it may take some time for the eligible Wayspots to appear in Pokémon GO after they have been approved. Thanks!
