Stuck on "Superb job! Your contributions are game-changers!"

I first received this message after reviewing about 10 nominations on my account roughly just over 24 hours ago. After submitting one, I received the exact message "Superb job! Your contributions are game-changers!"
Since then, I haven't been able to review any more nominations. I checked numerous times yesterday, and also this morning, and it still keeps popping up with either the same, or very similar messages. To me this feels like a bug. I feel that I do a good job with my reviewing, often only giving 3-4 stars for the "Title and Description" (mostly due to spelling errors or mistaken facts in some cases) and thoroughly checking Google Maps and Street View to ensure nominations are legit and adhere to the guidelines.
I haven't received any sort of email from Niantic about it. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I've done over 700 reviews, so again, it seems like a bug of some sort but clarification would be great so I know whether I can expect to be able to do more reviews soon or if this is going to take a while. Thank you.

It takes about 4 days for this cooldown to pass. You don't receive any warning for it, it just happens. You can find a lot of threads/posts about this in various parts of the forum.
Just hit it too after a very long time of managing to avoid it.
They marked it as “working as intended”. Bit annoying since they clearly don’t care that much about how frustrating it is for some of us who want to contribute and actually put in the effort to approve/disapprove/report nominations and help out the community, but oh well.
I'm updating this post. To anyone else who runs into this 'cooldown', mine lasted about 84 hours, so not quite a full 4 days. I'm back to being able to review as normal. If you run into this cooldown I would just suggest not hopping on the Wayfarer website for 3 and a half days and then trying to log-in again.
Now that I've said that though you're probably going to log in every day anyway to check, lol.
Update:
After the cooldown being gone, I did 27 reviews today, most of which took at least a few minutes to do as I wrote notes for just about all of them, and the cooldown is now back in effect. @NianticCasey-ING tagging you in case this isn't supposed to happen, because I'm shocked that after just having to wait 4 days the cooldown is already back in effect less than 24 hours after it ended.
