I habe been awarded an upgrade but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Did you used a stored upgrade on a newly submitted nomination? This sometimes take a while untli the upgrade gets used.
No, I recieved the upgrade today. When I am trying to upgrade a nomination it doesn’t happen and instead goes back to the list . When i click on the nomination again the upgrade button is still there.
The nomination that are appearing now cannot be upgraded. Is anyone else facing similar problems. ???
If you did not preselect a nomination to upgrade before you receive it, the upgrade will be applied to a random nomination in queue or in voting.
That didn’t happened either. None of my in queue/voting didn’t get any upgrade.
Its still available.
Do you have an open submission? If yes, wait 24 hours and it should be alright

Have you tried logging in on a different device like a computer or something to see if that works?

I tried it on laptop. Its not working. I want an explanation from Niantic about why this is happening???
